Adding an appointment to your calendar

Your confirmation carries the date, time, address and service, and your appointments are always in your account. Adding the booking to your own calendar on top of that is worth the ten seconds: your calendar is what you actually look at in the morning.

Block the full duration rather than the start time. A colour appointment booked at two o'clock is not over at half past, and a calendar that says otherwise is how people double-book themselves into a late cancellation.

Put the address in the location field so your phone can route you, and keep the studio's number on the entry so you can reach them if you are delayed.

Keep the studio's reminders switched on as well. They are what tells you if something changes at the studio's end, and your own calendar entry cannot know that.

Did this answer it?

If not, contact support. A question this help centre could not answer is usually a missing article rather than a difficult question, and it gets written.
