Terms of Service
The service
Friday Scheduling is provided by Cre84ever Media LLC. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your organization.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for actions taken under your account. Organization administrators control member access and roles.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access data belonging to other organizations, probe or disrupt the service, reverse engineer the platform, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that put other customers or the service at risk, with notice where practicable.
Your data
You own the data you enter. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display it to your authorized users. Signed-in users can export their personal Friday Scheduling data at /account/data. We do not make a specific backup-service commitment in these terms.
Billing
Where a paid plan applies, fees are billed through Stripe under the pricing presented at purchase. You may cancel at any time; paid periods already started are not refunded except where required by law.
Text messages
If you separately opt in through the Friday Scheduling text-updates form, Friday Scheduling by Cre84ever Media LLC may send recurring automated appointment confirmations, reminders, schedule changes, and booking-related service updates to the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies based on your bookings. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply HELP for help or STOP to unsubscribe. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Availability and support
We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Support is available at support@fridayscheduling.com.
Warranty and liability
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cre84ever Media LLC's aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the service and start a deletion request at /account/data. Requests enter a 30-day cooling period and then require identity verification and review; they do not immediately delete data. We may retain records required for active services, payments, disputes, or legal obligations.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms with notice to account owners. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Questions: support@fridayscheduling.com.
