Terms of Service

This document is a working draft pending review by counsel. It describes how Friday Scheduling operates today and is not a substitute for legal advice.
The service
Friday Scheduling is provided by Cre84ever Media LLC. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, your organization.
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for actions taken under your account. Organization administrators control member access and roles.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access data belonging to other organizations, probe or disrupt the service, reverse engineer the platform, or use it for unlawful purposes. We may suspend accounts that put other customers or the service at risk, with notice where practicable.
Your data
You own the data you enter. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process, and display it to your authorized users. Signed-in users can export their personal Friday Scheduling data at /account/data. We do not make a specific backup-service commitment in these terms.
Professionals are independent businesses
Every professional and studio on Friday Scheduling is an independent business. They are not our employees, agents, partners or franchisees, and we do not supervise, direct or control the services they provide. They set their own services, prices, availability, cancellation terms and refund policy, and they are responsible for their own licensing, insurance, taxes and compliance with the law where they work. Friday Scheduling is the software they use to run their business; the agreement to perform a service is between the client and that professional.
Payment for services
Friday Scheduling is not in the payment flow for services. Money for an appointment, a deposit, a cancellation fee or a retail item goes from the client to the professional directly, through whatever method that professional accepts. We do not hold it, process it, or take a share of it, and we are not a party to that transaction.
Refunds, and who owes them
There are two separate refund questions and they have two different answers. Refunds for a SERVICE, a deposit, a cancellation fee or a product are owed by the professional under their own published policy, because they set the terms, performed the work and received the money; we cannot refund what we never held. Refunds for a SUBSCRIPTION to Friday Scheduling are ours: you may cancel at any time, cancellation stops the next renewal, and a period already paid for runs to its end and is not refunded except where required by law. Nothing in this section limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.
Retail and products
Where a professional sells a product, package or gift card, that professional is the seller of record. They are responsible for the product, its description, its fitness for purpose, applicable sales tax, and any warranty or product-liability claim arising from it. Friday Scheduling provides the listing and checkout tooling and is not the seller.
Billing
Where a paid plan applies, fees are billed through Stripe under the pricing presented at purchase. You may cancel at any time; paid periods already started are not refunded except where required by law.
Text messages
If you opt in to appointment texts when creating your account, Friday Scheduling by Cre84ever Media LLC may send recurring automated appointment confirmations, reminders, schedule changes, and booking-related service updates to the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies based on your bookings. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply HELP for help or STOP to unsubscribe. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Availability and support
We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Support is available at support@fridayscheduling.com.
Warranty and liability
The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cre84ever Media LLC's aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
You may stop using the service and start a deletion request at /account/data. Requests enter a 30-day cooling period and then require identity verification and review; they do not immediately delete data. We may retain records required for active services, payments, disputes, or legal obligations.
Content you post
The community feed, profiles, photos and reviews are content our users create, not content we write. You keep ownership of what you post and grant us the license needed to host and display it. You are responsible for having the right to post it, including permission from anyone identifiable in a photo. Our Community Guidelines set out what is not allowed. Anyone can report content from the post itself; reports go to a moderation queue rather than an inbox, and we may remove content, restrict features or suspend an account, taking context, severity, repetition and applicable law into account. Where content is removed by moderation we keep a record of what was removed and why.
Copyright and the DMCA
If you believe content on Friday Scheduling infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated agent including: your contact details; identification of the work; identification of the material and where it is on the service; a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorized; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for them; and your signature. Designated agent: Copyright Agent, Cre84ever Media LLC, copyright@fridayscheduling.com. We will act on valid notices and will terminate repeat infringers. If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, you may send a counter-notice to the same address. NOTE: registration of this designated agent with the U.S. Copyright Office is in progress; until it completes, use the address above and it will be actioned.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms with notice to account owners. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA. Questions: support@fridayscheduling.com.
