Email support@fridayscheduling.com. Include the email on your account, the studio name, what you expected, what happened, and a screenshot if it does not contain private client information.
Booking, payment, or refund questions
Start with the studio shown on your booking or receipt because each independent studio sets its own services, availability, cancellation, refund, and retail policies. Contact Friday Scheduling if the app is not showing the correct record or you cannot reach the studio through the provided channel.
Safety and account access
For an immediate physical-safety emergency, contact local emergency services first. For suspected account access, payment misuse, harassment, or exposed private information, email support with “Urgent” in the subject and do not include passwords or full payment-card details.
Report a bug
Tell us the page, device and browser, approximate time, and the steps that reproduce the issue. Studio operators should include the affected appointment, client, service, or order identifier when it is safe to do so.
