What is included
- Booking, your calendar, your hours and your buffers
- Client records: formulas, notes, photos and visit history
- Your own branded booking page
- Messages, plus appointment confirmations and reminders
- Retail, gift cards, packages and memberships
- The waitlist that fills your cancellations
- An optional listing in the public directory
What you pay separately
Text messages that are part of an appointment — confirmations, reminders, waitlist offers — are included. Two-way message threads and marketing campaigns are a higher-volume choice, and those will carry an add-on.
That add-on is not priced yet, and it is not being charged. We are measuring what studios actually send before putting a number on it, because a price picked in advance is a price that is wrong for somebody. Nothing changes for you without notice.
Questions people ask before subscribing
- Do you take a percentage of what I earn?
- No. Your clients pay you directly and the money never passes through us.
- Do my clients pay a booking fee?
- No. What you charge is what they pay.
- What happens after the trial?
- You choose a plan, or you stop. Nothing is charged during the trial and you are not enrolled automatically without choosing.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, at any time. See the terms for how a period already paid for is handled.
- Does the founding price go up later?
- The founding price stays with the account for as long as the subscription runs without a break. It is capped at 20 studios and is not offered again once they are taken.
Still deciding?
Read what it does, or the help article on how you get paid. If a plan detail matters to a decision you are making now, ask support rather than guessing from a screenshot.
