Blocking or reporting a studio

If you simply do not want to hear from a studio again, turn off their marketing messages and stop booking with them. Unsubscribing from a studio's marketing does not touch confirmations or reminders for appointments you actually have, so it is safe to do while a booking is outstanding.

Reporting is the different action, and it is the one that reaches us. Report a studio when something is wrong rather than merely unwanted: a listing that misrepresents what is offered, a deposit kept after the studio cancelled, harassment, or anything that made you feel unsafe.

A report should carry the studio's name, the appointment it relates to, and what happened. Keep the message thread on that booking intact — do not delete your account or the thread until the matter is closed, because that thread is usually the only record of what was said.

We can act on a studio's presence on this platform: their listing, their standing, and in serious cases their place here at all. We cannot move money we never held, and a criminal matter belongs with the police rather than with us. Report it to both if it comes to that.

Did this answer it?

If not, contact support. A question this help centre could not answer is usually a missing article rather than a difficult question, and it gets written.
