You choose what you accept — card, cash, or a payment app like Cash App, Venmo or Zelle. Whatever you already use is what you keep using.
The practical consequence is that payouts are not a thing you wait for here, because there is nothing sitting in between. It also means a client's refund or chargeback is yours to handle, and the policy you write is the one that applies.
