A studio you have booked with can see what it needs to run the appointment and to remember you next time:
- Your name and the contact details on the booking
- The appointments you have had with that studio, including cancellations and missed appointments
- Notes and formulas that studio recorded about you
- Your messages with that studio
- Whatever you chose to share from your Beauty Passport
A studio cannot see your appointments with other studios, what you paid elsewhere, or which other professionals you have saved. Your history is yours and it does not travel between businesses unless you send it, which is exactly what sharing your Beauty Passport does — it is your decision, per studio, and you can withdraw it.
A studio you have never booked with sees nothing at all. Browsing a page is not visible to them, and neither is saving them.
The reviews you leave are the deliberate exception: those are public, under the name on your account, and everybody can see them.
