What the badges on a professional's card mean

Badges are calculated from what actually happens on the platform — completed appointments, reviews from real clients, how reliably a studio answers and turns up. None of them can be bought, and no studio can add one to its own card.

Each is hidden until there is enough activity behind it to mean something, for the same reason a rating is. That is why a new studio's card is plainer than an established one's: an empty card is a statement about time on the platform, not about quality.

What a badge is not is a licence check or an insurance check. Licensing rules differ by state and by country, and we do not hold anybody's paperwork. If a licence matters to you, ask the professional — a licensed one will tell you their number without hesitating.

Treat the badges as a shortcut and the reviews as the substance. The badges narrow the list; the reviews decide it.

If not, contact support. A question this help centre could not answer is usually a missing article rather than a difficult question, and it gets written.
