Reporting a review, a photo or a post

Report from the item itself so we know exactly which one you mean. Tell us what is wrong with it rather than that you disagree with it — the two look identical without an explanation, and only one of them is something we can act on.

Things we act on: a photograph of somebody who did not consent to it, a review describing an appointment that never happened, personal details posted in public, abuse or harassment, and anything unlawful.

Things we do not remove: an honest bad review, a review of a genuine appointment that went badly, or a criticism a studio would rather was not there. A review platform that deletes unflattering reviews is worth nothing to the next person reading it.

If a photograph of you was posted without your agreement, say so plainly in the report. That is handled differently from a disagreement about content, and it does not require the person who posted it to agree with you first.

Did this answer it?

If not, contact support. A question this help centre could not answer is usually a missing article rather than a difficult question, and it gets written.
