You pay the professional directly. Friday Scheduling does not take your payment, hold it, or take a cut of it — the studio is the merchant and the money goes to them.
Which methods you can use is up to each studio. Depending on how they have set themselves up, that might be a card, cash in person, or an app like Cash App, Venmo or Zelle. What a particular studio accepts is shown when you book with them.
The practical consequence: your receipt comes from the studio, refunds come from the studio, and a dispute about a charge is between you and the studio. We can help you reach them, and we can fix anything the app is showing you incorrectly.
