That distinction matters more than it sounds, and it comes up throughout this help centre. When you book, you are booking with that professional. When you pay, you are paying that professional. If something about an appointment needs sorting out, they are the person who can sort it out, and we can help you reach them.
You do not need an account to browse, and for most studios you do not need one to request an appointment either.
