Nobody sees your Passport unless you share it. It is not public, it is not searchable, and other clients cannot see it.
When you share it with a studio you are booking, they see what you chose to share so they can do the appointment properly. You can stop sharing at any time.
Notes a studio writes about your appointments are their own records of their work with you, kept under their own account. Your Passport is the part that travels with you.
