Cancelling your subscription

Cancel from the billing section of your settings. It takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for, so you keep access until then rather than losing it the moment you click.

Do two things before you cancel. Export your client list, history and notes, because that is far easier while the account is active. And look at what is already booked beyond your last day — those clients made an appointment in good faith, and telling them yourself, with a way to reach you, is the difference between leaving and vanishing.

Your booking page stops accepting new bookings when the subscription ends, and your listing comes out of the directory. Your reviews and your standing here do not transfer anywhere else.

Money your clients paid you is unaffected, because it never came through us. Deposits, packages and gift cards you have sold are obligations you still owe them, and cancelling here does not settle them.

If you are cancelling because something is not working rather than because you are leaving the trade, tell us what it is first. Some of it is a setting, and some of it is a thing we can fix.

If not, contact support. A question this help centre could not answer is usually a missing article rather than a difficult question, and it gets written.
