Your client list, your appointment history, your notes and your formulas belong to your business, not to us. You can export them at any time, and the right time is before you cancel rather than after — export first, then leave, in that order.
Take everything you would need to start again somewhere else: contact details for your clients, appointment history, notes and formulas, your service list and prices, and your photographs. Check the export opens properly before you cancel anything.
What does not travel is the part that only exists here — your reviews, your badges and your standing in the directory are tied to activity on this platform and cannot be moved to another one. That is true of every booking platform, and it is worth knowing before you build a reputation on any of them.
Your clients keep their own accounts, their own history and their own Beauty Passports. They are not deleted because you left, and they are not yours to delete.
If you want your account removed entirely rather than merely inactive, ask us and we will delete it. Some records have to be kept for a period where the law requires it, and we will tell you which if it applies.
