The client-facing app: what your clients see

Clients see your booking page, your services and prices, your photographs, your hours as availability, your reviews, and your deposit and cancellation terms at the point of booking. That is the shop window, and it is assembled entirely from settings you control.

They do not see your notes about them, your other clients, your income, your calendar beyond which slots are free, or anything you have turned off.

The check worth doing today: open your own page in a private browser window, signed out, on a phone. That is what a stranger sees, and it is nearly always less complete than what you see with your own settings loaded. Missing prices, a service with no description, no photographs and an empty about section are all invisible from the inside.

Then try to book yourself as a client, all the way to the confirmation. It takes two minutes and it is the only way to know what your deposit terms actually say at the moment of decision, and what the confirmation and reminder look like when they land.

Do this again after any significant change to your services or hours. Most things that go wrong on a booking page are things that were fine when they were set up.

Did this answer it?

If not, contact support. A question this help centre could not answer is usually a missing article rather than a difficult question, and it gets written.
